Leo Taylor: CAO

Leo Taylor is a seasoned executive and business leader with over 25 years of domestic and international experience at TopBuildingJobs.com, Pulte Homes, Aetna and Frito-Lay.  In 2005, Leo co-founded and served as CEO of TopBuildingJobs.com, one of the nation’s largest online employment search engines specializing in the building industry.

For 10 years, Leo served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Pulte Homes and was named a Top Five Executive Officer.  During his years of executive leadership at Pulte Homes, revenue grew from approximately $1 billion to more than $14 billion. 

Prior to joining Pulte Homes, Leo Taylor was Vice President of Organizational Change and Employee Relations for Aetna Life and Casualty.  Prior to Aetna, Leo served 10 years at Frito lay as Group Manager of Corporate Human Resources and other various roles.

Over more than two decades, Leo has established a track record as a hands-on leader with the ability to develop and act upon a strategic human resource vision that results in strong business value.  Leo brings extensive board room experience dealing with strategic, operational, compensation, and compliance initiatives.  Leo is recognized as a strong leader in preventative labor relations due to his consistent focus on driving sound business practices and building collaborative personal and business relationships.  Leo is considered one of the leading authorities in the areas of talent, assessment, and organizational development.

Leo holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from the College of Business & Economics, West Virginia University.  Additionally, Leo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from West Virginia University.
