Kevin Cardullo: CFO

Kevin is a seasoned financial executive responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities relating to finance and accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, treasury functions, capital structure, and risk management for all distribution centers.  He is focused on exploring areas of opportunity for improving liquidity, cost structure, profitability, and creative financial solutions to enhance franchisee and DCP value.

Kevin has demonstrated his leadership with both national and regional teams by developing and implementing a budgeting and forecasting process for all regional distribution centers and standardizing financial reporting for all centers to insure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency within the distribution system.  He has looked beyond his financial role to improve operational metrics by studying labor standards, developing tighter controls and reporting systems, and reducing labor and equipment costs.   He established a third party finance program to finance franchisee equipment needs, providing $80 million dollars of equipment financing from the inception of the program in 2007.

Prior to joining DCP, Kevin was Vice President for Finance and Administration at both Radicispandex Corp. and Globe Manufacturing, gaining substantial experience in leading restructuring and turnaround efforts.  At Radicispandex, he was instrumental in strategic planning, lean manufacturing initiatives and ISO quality assurance.  At Globe Manufacturing, he helped restructure the organization and managed the company through bankruptcy proceedings and eventual sale of the company to Radicispandex.  He has worked in both private and public equity transactions.

Kevin holds his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.  He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts, and has 10 years experience in Public Accounting at both Coopers & Lybrand and Ernst & Young.
