Kevin Bruce: CEO

Kevin Bruce is a versatile, result driven senior executive with over 25 years of proven experience in leading private and public corporations to breakthrough market, financial, and operational successes. He has a breadth of multidiscipline experience in core business functions, has been directly accountable for companies’ P&L performance for most of his career, and has provided managerial leadership for companies with multiple sites and as many as 14,800 employees. Notably, Kevin has consistently increased enterprise and shareholder value in many organizations regardless of difficult situations, circumstances, and challenges associated with uncertain economic conditions.

Prior to Dunkin’ Donuts NDCP, Kevin served as President and CEO of United Site Services Inc., focusing on expanding and diversifying products, service and markets, consolidating operations and regions to reduce costs, achieving service delivery excellence, executing and integrating acquisitions and restructuring balance sheets – successfully producing record profits for 2 consecutive years while improving market share in primary and secondary industries, despite challenges with economic downtrends. 

Kevin’s leadership was also proven in his positions as President and CEO of Strategic Equipment and Supply Corporation, a privately held foodservice equipment/services company, Executive Group President of U.S. Core markets at LSG Lufthansa/Sky Chefs, Inc., President Supply Chain and concurrently President & CEO Builders Supply and Lumber at Pulte Corporation, and Vice President of Worldwide Equipment for PepsiCo Food Systems Worldwide. He has consistently recruited, developed, and empowered leadership teams to drive aggressive growth, improve market position, and capture industry leadership.  He has led a diverse range of initiatives involving purchasing, service quality, productivity, expense reduction, cost control, new market segmentation, management incentives, recapitalization, and IT ERP conversions.

Kevin earned his MBA and BS in Business Administration/Finance from University of Southern California, where he also excelled athletically in football, serving as co-captain and playing in three Rose Bowls. Kevin’s college honors included being named an All-American (AP-HM), All-Pacific Coast (1^st), All Pac-8 Conference (1^st) and Academic All-American.
